Return Policy

 

Please note that this return policy applies to products purchased on thepivott.com. For purchases made at one of our retail partners, please contact that retail partner. We value our relationship with you and your experience is important to us. Although we have tried to provide an accurate representation of our color ways, the color displayed will vary based on your monitor, device and the associated settings.

Due to the nature of our business, the products we sell and sanitary concerns,  items that are open and used are not eligible for a refund. For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 14 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Contact us at vbc@thepivott.com for returns. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. If our products arrive damaged, contact us (vbc@thepivott.com) right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement.

Purchased Less Than 14 Days:
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you have up to 14 days from the date of shipment to return it. The item must not be used or opened and must be in its original packaging. Returns are credited in the original form of payment.

Purchased More Than 14 Days:
Returns received more than 14 days after the shipment date cannot be processed.

Defective and Incorrect Items:
We apologize for any defective or incorrect item you received. Please submit a return request within 14 days of the date of shipment to notify us of the defective or incorrect item to receive your replacement item.
